Liz at her current favorite local restaurant - "The India Palace" (in Miramar's food court). Behind her (on the left), a daughter and Dad play with their gizmos while Mom looks away (Mom's probably wondering what's happened to family communication these days). Interestingly enough, the girl on the other side of Liz is also playing with her cell phone (while the guy across from her probably just wants to talk with her). So does modern technology bring us closer together or take us further apart? Sometimes I'm not so sure.
